Delivery

All of our pieces and collections are made-to-order especially for you, please check the delivery time carefully in the item description when placing your order. Some variations may apply so do check our Terms and Conditions.

All prices listed exclude delivery and crating where necessary outside of the UK. This will be calculated once your order has been received, based on the delivery address and level of service you require.

We happily ship our work internationally. The delivery address and access information should be made clear when an enquiry is made so that the cost can be included in our quotations and invoices. Import duty is additional to the cost of delivery and the customer is liable see our Terms and Conditions.

SASA Works accepts no responsibility for incorrect access information shared with us. 

UK shipping The delivery address should be made clear at the point of enquiry.  We offer varying delivery options depending on the nature of the commission and your requirements.  For a small fee and for bespoke pieces we are happy to conduct site visits to gather the access information needed for a smooth delivery. SASA Works accepts no responsibility for incorrect access information shared with us. 

Specialist Our trusted delivery service of professional art handlers will deliver and install the commission into the required room or space, removing any packing materials.

Economy A local courier service will make a ‘kerbside’ delivery of the commission. Access information should be made clear at the point of enquiry. 

SASA Works will only deliver to agreed addresses which can be warehouse locations or kerbside and is not responsible for off-loading or installations of the goods unless otherwise agreed and stated in the Invoice. Customers are required to provide appropriate equipment and manual labour at the delivery point at their own expense. We may agree to organise shipping to an agreed address, in this instance we will provide estimate delivery times. We are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver products within the estimated time resulting from shipment/delivery delays from our suppliers. Delivery will not be organised until the Invoice balance has been received by us.

Crating and Packing We take extraordinary care to crate and pack our work in a way which prevents any damage in transit. Upon delivery of your goods, it is your responsibility to inspect each item and any damaged goods should not be signed for. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the item and a member of the team will advise on the best solution including return or repair options. After this time SASA Works cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in our care.

If delivery cannot be agreed within 14 days of order completion, a storage fee of up to but not exceeding £500 per week will be payable to us. This fee will be invoiced weekly to you until delivery has been agreed and arranged. If an order is undeliverable and is returned to our warehouse, the client will be liable to pay the cost of return and re-delivery. All products with delivery organised by SASA Works remain the property of SASA Works until the goods are delivered to the appointed shipping or storage agent. All international deliveries arranged by SASA Works will be on DAP terms (Delivered-at-Place), and the client is responsible to cover any import duties and applicable taxes in their territory.
